Prepare your PowerPoint presentation in 16:9 widescreen format (.pptx) using Windows-compatible fonts and media, as only Windows computers will be available.
Presentations will be shown using Powerpoint.
You are strongly encouraged to have a pdf version as a backup if you have any doubts.
Please handover the presentation to the respective Hall Coordinator for collating and overseeing the presentations well before the session.
Wall clocks/timers/buzzers will be available for the benefit of presenters and Session Chairs who have been instructed to keep the session to time.
Laser pointers will be available.
Information Relevant to Flash Talk + Poster Presentations:
You are requested to make a presentation within 2 minutes with not more than four slides. The posters will also be exhibited in the Poster Gallery during the congress with scope for discussions.
Two Side Panels will be provided for putting up the posters in an enclosed area next to the Plenary Hall @ Atal Bhavan, ITCOocean, INCOIS.
One side panel will be available for one poster presenter.
Each side panel will be numbered according to the Session/Poster No./ Abstract No. for each day.
Each poster can be upto A0 size (PORTRAIT) with Dimensions: 118 cm height * 84 cm width.
The organisers will provide double sided adhesive tapes for fixing the posters.
Each presenter is expected to remove their poster at the end of the day or else it will be removed and kept aside.
